Posted on Jan 8, 2026

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing product development team at Brink Commerce.

We’re building a high-performance commerce platform for global retail brands. As a member of our team, you’ll contribute to a powerful platform that gives merchants the flexibility and speed they need to grow.

Brink Commerce is a new kind of eCommerce platform. That means you’ll be working with some of the most modern architecture and tooling available — and help solve real challenges for global merchants.

We work in small, focused teams, and we value knowledge-sharing, curiosity, and humility. We build fast, release often, and listen closely to feedback from customers and teammates alike.

Who you are

We believe you’re a pragmatic engineer who enjoys solving problems with clean, scalable solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across disciplines and with people from different backgrounds.

You enjoy working close to the product — whether that’s tweaking performance for a high-traffic retailer or helping design a new feature based on merchant feedback.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain high-quality, modern APIs
  • Design systems for speed, scalability, and resilience
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
  • Work with a modern serverless architecture on AWS
  • Participate in architectural decisions and continuous improvement

What you’ll need to succeed

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong experience with typed languages (e.g., Go, Java, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and modern cloud infrastructure
  • Proven DevOps skills and experience working close to production
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team

Nice to have:

  • eCommerce experience or interest in commerce-related systems
  • Experience working with data analytics or large datasets

Where you’ll work

We’re headquartered in Stockholm and offer remote work flexibility within Sweden. We get together in person regularly to build, plan, and connect as a team.
