AI Clearing is the leading technology company, offering a sole computer vision foundational model and agentic platform tailored specifically for the construction sector, enabling the construction industry to produce more, improve safety, reduce claims and achieve higher profits. We offer fully automated real-time construction progress tracking and quality control, filling the legacy software gap.
We are a young and dynamic technology company HQ in Texas USA with European offices in Warsaw, Poland, and we are looking to increase our footprint in Europe, specifically in Central Europe so we are searching for the best talent to join us as an Account Executive EMEA. You can be based in Germany or Poland for this role but must speak fluent German and English.

Your profile:
● 4+ years of experience in B2B software sales
● Experience in selling construction technology preferred together with experience in the renewables, highways or pipeline industries
● Proven track record in creating and executing new market penetration and expansion strategies
● You are a self-starter and have a go-getter mindset ready to hit the ground running
● Excellent presentation, communication (both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct messages, email, etc.), and customer service skills
● Knowledge of MEDDIC (MEDDPIC) an advantage
Your role:
● Growing revenue from acquiring new clients and expanding within the existing Company’s customers and contacts
● Using your own network to win new clients and grow both the new and existing portfolio of accounts
● Recognising account growth opportunities, and developing customer solutions making AI Clearing a trusted partner to our strategic customers
● Presenting and representing AI Clearing at industry events and conferences
● Taking ownership of assigned accounts
● Developing a pipeline of deals within assigned territory
● Identifying potential business partnerships with corporations and institutions
● Helping to build AI Clearing’s global brand recognition
Work arrangements:
● Direct report to the EMEA Director of Sales (based out of the UK)
● Business travel will be necessary
